If you're looking for an easy sweet and spicy chicken recipe,
I'm your new best friend.
1.5 Cups of Veri Veri Teriyaki
2/3 Cup of Brown Sugar
3 or 4 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
Ground Cayenne Pepper to taste.
If you like a little kick, go crazy with this stuff.
If spicy food isn't your thing, leave it out.
Combine all of the above in saute pan on medium heat until sugar fully dissolves. Add about 1 lb. of boneless skinless chicken breast tenders to sauce. Flip tenders every few minutes until cooked.
I like to mix in cooked broccoli and/or chopped carrots, put it over brown rice, and BOOM you have a complete meal. Yum.
